With over 35 years of diverse business experience, Mr. Keni is also an active venture capitalist with interests spanning pharmaceuticals, mining, commercial development, real estate and information technology. His entrepreneurial drive and strategic foresight continue to shape VerGo Pharma’s mission of advancing healthcare and delivering sustainable growth.

Mrs. Vini Prasad Keni serves as Director of VerGo Pharma Research Private Limited, where she plays an active role in shaping the company’s strategic initiatives and long-term direction. Closely aligned with the VerGo Pharma’s founding leadership, she contributes to strengthening the company’s position as a trusted Global CRDMO partner.

Her involvement reflects a commitment to advancing VerGo Pharma’s mission of innovation, operational excellence and sustainable growth, while supporting the organization’s expansion as a global CRDMO.

Dr. Praveen Khullar serves as Executive Director of VerGo Pharma, bringing over four decades of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A pharmacist by qualification, he holds an M. Pharm from IT-BHU, Varanasi, a Ph.D. from Jamia Hamdard, Delhi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance and HR.

Dr. Khullar has held senior roles across multinational and Indian pharmaceutical companies, leading networks of R&D centres and managing global manufacturing sites across the US, Europe and the APJ region. His expertise spans new product development, novel drug delivery systems, regulatory affairs and bioequivalence studies.

At VerGo Pharma, he leverages his extensive multinational experience to strengthen the Company’s capabilities in R&D, contract manufacturing, clinical research and custom synthesis, aligning with the company’s strategic growth objectives. Beyond his corporate role, Dr. Khullar actively contributes to professional forums focused on healthcare, pharma industry, education and skill-building.

Mr. Kashyap Keni serves as the Commercial Director of VerGo Pharma, where he drives growth strategy and global business development. An industrial engineering graduate from R.V. College of Engineering, Bengaluru, with an MBA from London, he combines technical expertise with managerial acumen to strengthen VerGo Pharma’s global presence.

Prior to VerGo Pharma, Kashyap was a management consultant with PwC PL India, advising clients on strategic transformation and operational excellence. With over a decade of experience, he now focuses on expanding VerGo Pharma’s commercial footprint, forging strategic partnerships and positioning the Organization as a trusted CDMO partner worldwide.

Beyond pharmaceuticals, Kashyap has a keen interest in investment management, consulting, information technology and angel investing. His diverse expertise and entrepreneurial outlook continue to shape VerGo Pharma’s commitment to innovation and sustainable growth.

Mr. Rajiv Mundhra serves as the Chief Finance Officer of VerGo Pharma, bringing over 2 decades of financial leadership experience. A qualified ACA, ACS, and ACMA, he combines deep technical knowledge with strategic insight to strengthen VerGo Pharma’s financial governance and long-term growth.

His expertise spans business planning and controlling, financial accounting, audits, internal controls, taxation and legal matters. Dr. Sunil Soitawala serves as Head - CR and PI at VerGo Pharma, bringing 15 years of expertise in clinical research operations. With an MBBS and MD in Pharmacology, he has built a distinguished career in bioequivalence and Phase I clinical studies, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.

Dr. Soitawala has successfully led large multidisciplinary teams, overseeing end‑to‑end clinical operations and guiding complex study execution. His leadership extends to handling regulatory inspections with precision, maintaining adherence to global standards and Good Clinical Practice.
