Mr. Prasad Keni is the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of the VerGo Pharma Group. He is a mechanical engineering graduate from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum.

Mr. Keni is a venture capitalist who founded VerGo in 2010. Mr. Keni has spearheaded VerGo's growth from a contract research organization to a contract research, manufacturing & clinical research organization. He has interests in pharmaceuticals, mining, commercial development, real estate and Information Technology.

Vini Keni is a Director of VerGo Pharma Research Private Limited. She is involved in the strategic initiatives.

She is the founder of Saree Speak, an online social movement for women's interests.

Mr. Kashyap Keni is a Director of the VerGo Pharma Group. An industrial engineering graduate from R V College of Engineering, Bengaluru, Kashyap is a former management consultant at PwC PL India. At VerGo, Kashyap focuses on growth strategy and business development. He has interests in investment management, consulting, Information Technology and angel investing.

Dr Raman Batheja has over 29+ years of rich experience in CROs and Pharmaceutical companies. He has got vast experience in clinical research and has demonstrated expertise in executing Bio-studies from Pilot to Pivotal stage for different dosage forms. He has faced several regulatory audits and inspections from leading regulatory bodies including USFDA, UK MHRA, ANVISA, WHO, NPRA Malaysia, Ministry of Health (Turkey), MCC (South Africa) and DCGI.

Prior to VerGo he has worked with companies like Ranbaxy, Lupin, GVK Bio and Ashco Niulab. He has obtained Ph.D. in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi).

Mr. Kiran Kumar has over 23+ years of extensive experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management, and Biosimilars. He has worked in various domains like Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management, Glucose Clamp Techniques for companies such as Vimta Labs, Aurobindo Pharma Limited, Nicholas Piramal Limited, Ashco Niulab Industries, and Wockhardt Limited.

In addition to conducting bioequivalence studies, Kiran has a wide knowledge of Clinical Trials in various therapeutic areas. He has successfully faced national & international regulatory audits by USFDA, EMA, UK MHRA, ANVISA Brasil, MOH-Turkey, AFFSAPS, WHO,NPRA Malaysia, MCC South Africa, and DCGI. He has obtained his Master's degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacy practice) from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M. G. R. University.

Mr. Keshav D. Khude, is a competent professional with more than 23+ years of expertise in field of Pharmaceutical Research viz. Bioequivalence, Bio-Analytical, Analytical R&D and DMPK. Prior to being part of VerGo Pharma Research Pvt. Ltd., he was associated with Alembic Pharma Ltd., Ranbaxy Pharma Ltd., Sun Pharma Ltd. (SPARC) and Cadila Pharma Ltd.

He has contributed in the implementation of OECD, GLP, GCP, ICH and Quality system set up. He has successfully handled multiple Facility Project Audits and Regulatory Inspections for DCGI-CDSCO; USFDA, EMEA-CHMP(BfArM,MPA,AEMPS), WHO, NPRA-Malaysia, ANVISA-Brazil, MOH-Turkey, MOH- Kazakhstan, MOH-Tajikistan ,Health Canada, TGA-Australia, MCC-South Africa and ROW submissions

He has obtained his Master degree in Chemistry from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

Mr. Pradip Kumar has over 20+ years of extensive experience in Quality Management System for BA/BE studies. He has worked in Clinical Research Organization such as Cliantha Research and GVK. He has faced several regulatory audits and inspections from leading regulatory bodies including USFDA, EMEA-CHMP ,UK MHRA, ANVISA, WHO, NPRA-Malaysia ,Ministry of Health (Turkey) and DCGI.

He has obtained his master degree in Master of Pharmacy in Quality Assurance from L.M College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad Gujarat.
